Any business that manufactures, stores, distributes or sells food — from a small food stall to a large processing unit — needs an FSSAI registration or license, depending on scale, under the Food Safety and Standards Act.

How It Works

   Application and documents are submitted on the FSSAI FoSCoS portal.

   Certificate delivery

   Your FSSAI registration/license certificate is issued and shared.

• Passport-size photograph
• Business/food category details
• NOC from local body (for some categories)
